Full transactional support from Execution Date to the Closing Table, including contract & addenda review, ongoing correspondence with all parties, fulfillment of paperwork and admin to-dos, placing orders, scheduling appointments, meeting deadlines, and fulfilling compliance requirements.

Assistance obtaining listing and brokerage documents, disclosures, addenda, survey, T-47, and data input for MLS, as well as coordinating cleaning, staging, and/or photography vendors.

With agent direction and input, writing up offers to include required addenda and disclosures, adhering to Offer Instructions, and obtaining signatures from buyer clients.

Management of documentation portal (i.e., Brokermint, KW Command, Business Tracker, etc) and ensuring all required documents are accurate, organized, uploaded and approved by Compliance.
