Q: When is payment due for TC services?
A: Payment is due upon the successful closing and funding of the contract, either per the Agent’s CDA or via electronic invoice.

Q: When does the TC make first contact with my client and the title company?
A: TCs send out introductory emails and make an introductory phone call to clients within 4 business hours of receiving the executed contract and in-take form from the Agent.

Q: What are Orderly’s business hours?
A: Orderly’s business hours are 8:00am–5:00pm CT Monday-Friday. Orderly TCs observe all U.S. Federal holidays.

Q: Is there a termination fee if a contract does not close?
A: If a contract terminates prior to the option period expiration date, there is no fee charged to the Agent. If a contract terminates after the option period expiration date, a $50 fee is charged to the Agent.

Q: Can I cancel my partnership with Orderly at any time?
A: Yes, this is not a subscription-based partnership. Orderly TCs work with Agents per individual contract, and Agents can cease to send Orderly TCs new contracts at any time.

Q: Do Orderly TCs act as a personal assistant or assist with social media marketing for the Agent?
A: No, Orderly solely provides transaction coordinating services related to contracts and compliance. Orderly TCs are not assistants and they work remotely. At this time, Orderly does not offer social media marketing services.
